Auramela Suite: Terms of Use

These Terms are an agreement between you and Alouette Studio LLC ("we," "us"), a California LLC at 575 Los Altos Ave, Los Altos, CA 94022, which operates Auramela Suite at auramelasuite.co (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. 18+ only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By creating an account or starting a quiz, you confirm that you are.

2. Not medical advice. All content, quizzes, plans, and product suggestions are for general informational and cosmetic purposes only. They are not medical, dermatological, or professional advice, and they don't diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always read product labels, patch-test new products, and talk to a doctor or dermatologist about any skin, scalp, hair, or health concern, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have allergies. Stop using any product that irritates you. Never ignore professional advice because of something you read on Auramela Suite.

3. Your account. Give accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account and information at any time with Delete my info.

4. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the Services. That includes: no scraping, no reverse engineering, no interfering with security, no unlawful or infringing content, no automated account creation, and no use on behalf of anyone under 18.

5. Affiliate links. Some links are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Retailers, not us, are responsible for their products, prices, shipping, returns, and safety. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

6. Your content. If you submit content (like quiz answers), you keep ownership. You give us a limited license to use it only to provide the Services to you.

7. Our content. The Services, the Auramela Suite name and logo, and all content belong to Alouette Studio LLC or its licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Disclaimers. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee any particular results from any plan or product.

9. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Alouette Studio LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or $50.

10. Indemnity. You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes and termination. We may update the Services or these Terms. If we do, we'll post the new date, and continued use means you accept the update. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

12. Governing law. California law governs these Terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Santa Clara County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.
